1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using 1Deal.Top services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Membership & Registration
- Annual membership fee: Rs. 1,500 (must be renewed yearly)
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- Membership expires annually and must be renewed to continue services
3. Services
1Deal.Top provides the following services:
- Mobile reload (Dialog, Mobitel, Hutch, Airtel)
- Bill payments (CEB, LECO, Water Board)
- Internet bill payments
- TV subscription payments
- E-wallet top-ups
- Commission earning on transactions
4. Commissions & Earnings
- Commissions are credited to your wallet instantly upon successful transaction
- Commission rates may vary based on service type
- Referral commissions are earned when referred users renew their membership
- All earnings are subject to verification
- Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
5. Payment & Wallet
- All transactions are processed through your wallet balance
- You must maintain sufficient balance for transactions
- Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs. 100
6. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent or illegal transactions
- Creating multiple accounts
- Sharing account credentials
- Abusing the referral system
- Any activity that violates Sri Lankan laws
7. Limitation of Liability
1Deal.Top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
